I'd like to contribute, even if I can't be there in person. Would it be possible to share my ideas in advance? I'm happy to write a short document or to record a quick video so the team can still have my input. Alternatively, I could meet with you on Friday morning to discuss the outcomes of the session. Please let me know which option works best for you. If neither is possible, no worries — I'll catch up by reading the notes afterwards. I really appreciate you organising this.
