How to write a CV that gets noticed
Guía práctica para hacer un CV que los reclutadores realmente lean: resumen, resultados, formato y revisión.

Recruiters often spend less than thirty seconds looking at each CV. That sounds unfair, but it is the reality. To survive that first glance, your CV must be clear, focused, and easy to read. Start with a short summary at the top: who you are, what you do, and what you are looking for. Three lines are enough. Next, list your experience in reverse chronological order, with the most recent job first. For each role, do not just describe your tasks. Instead, focus on results. 'Reduced customer support tickets by 30%' is much stronger than 'answered customer questions'. Keep formatting simple. One font, two sizes, plenty of white space. Avoid unusual colours and creative graphics, unless you are applying for a design role. If you are early in your career, your CV should be one page. With more experience, two pages are acceptable, but never three. Finally, check for typos before sending. A small mistake can make a great candidate look careless. Ask a friend to read it: a second pair of eyes catches what you can't see anymore.
