How to make a Spanish omelette

A Spanish omelette is one of the most famous dishes in Spain. The ingredients are simple: eggs, potatoes, onion, salt and olive oil. First, peel and cut three potatoes and one onion. The pieces must be thin. Then, put the potatoes and the onion in a pan with a lot of olive oil. Cook them slowly for twenty minutes. They must be soft, but not brown. In a bowl, break four or five eggs. Add salt and mix well. Then add the potatoes and the onion. Put a little oil in a smaller pan. When it is hot, add the mix. Cook for three or four minutes on one side. Now, the difficult part: turn the omelette. Use a big plate. Then cook the other side for two more minutes. Enjoy your omelette with bread!
