Auxiliar do/does (preguntas presente simple)

La regla

Para preguntar en presente simple usa Do (I/you/we/they) o Does (he/she/it) + sujeto + verbo en infinitivo.

"Use Do (I/you/we/they) or Does (he/she/it) + subject + base verb to ask in the present simple."

En inglés las preguntas en presente simple necesitan SIEMPRE el auxiliar do o does. No basta con cambiar la entonacion como en español. Con he, she, it usamos does y el verbo principal pierde la -s (does she work?, no does she works?). Con I, you, we, they usamos do.

En inglés formal hace falta el auxiliar do. Sin do suena a pregunta de confirmacion informal.

Does she works here?Does she work here?

Cuando usas does, el verbo principal va en infinitivo (sin -s). La -s ya está en does.

Do he speak English?Does he speak English?

He/she/it siempre llevan does, no do.

Where you work?Where do you work?

Tras la palabra interrogativa (where, when, what) también hace falta do/does.
