What is the difference between my Account Manager and Engineering Manager?
The Account Manager (AM) is the link between your project and the client. The Engineering Manager (EM) is your technical line manager — runs your 1:1s, OKRs and career path. If your team is small you may not have an EM, then the Engineering Director covers that.
Who do I contact for IT or security issues?
Liam Doyle, InfoSec Manager. He owns MetaCompliance, IT policies and security questions.
Who helps with the office (Wi-Fi, alarm, meeting rooms)?
