Have got = have (BrE coloquial)

""Have got" means "have" for possession in BrE; questions and negatives without "do"."

La regla

"Have got" = "have" para posesion en BrE; pregunta y negacion sin "do".

"Have got" es la forma britanica/coloquial de "have" para posesion, relaciones y caracteristicas. "I have a sister" = "I have got a sister" = "I've got a sister". La gran diferencia está en preguntas y negaciones: con "have got" NO se usa "do" ("Have you got a minute?", "I haven't got time"), pero con "have" sí ("Do you have a minute?", "I don't have time"). En AmE se prefiere "have" + do/does. Cuidado: para edad NO se usa have got: "I'm 23", no "I have got 23".
